If you are a new faculty or staff member, and would like to request a logon and Exchange account, please complete the following two forms:
Please note that only full time staff or faculty are eligible for Exchange accounts.
Faculty and staff can connect to their TC Exchange email account from any location in the world via the Internet and a web browser. To retrieve your TC Exchange email, connect to the Internet (Columbia modem pool, ISP, or DSL/Cable line) and select "TC Exchange Email" from the "MyTC & Email" header on the main Teachers College Web Site. This will launch Outlook Web Access, a fully-featured web-based interface. Type in your login name (typically, but not always, your last name) and then your password in the pop-up dialog box. If you are having trouble accessing your TC Exchange email, contact the Helpdesk at x3300.
You can also dial in from off-campus using your own Macintosh or PC-compatible computer with a modem and phone line or DSL/Cable line. In the event that the process fails, call the Academic Computing office at x3302.
