Fifteen month fellowship program for exceptional New York City school principals designed to strengthen their own leadership practice. Principal fellows mentor a beginning New York City principal as a component of their fellowship.

Columbia Coaching Certification Program

The Columbia Coaching Certification Program (3CP) frames coaching as a process of learning, development and human performance. Our program employs a strategic learning process that focuses on individual and organizational change, growth and renewal. The coaching framework consists of strategic learning capabilities that parallel the phases of coaching.
